The course provides learners with knowledge, skills and design techniques required to effectively implement a successful Balanced Scorecard project which supports the execution of strategy in the organisation. It is intended for senior and middle management who wish to become Balanced Scorecard practitioners or require expanding their understanding of the methodology to successfully execute the strategy of the organisation.
